Bert smart Return Policy:

Upon your receipt; we will provide a full refund, but without a receipt, the item cannot be exchanged or refund, For all electronics items like electronics devices that bought and already activation ,register with Manufacture wouldn’t be return, products can be return with only manufacture because special order can’t be return by us only where you bought it from period 15 days return policy.

Electronic products

may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and new condition, in their original packaging, with Item Number UPC within 15 days of purchase. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products. We are not responsible for any personal data left in or on an exchanged/returned product.

No Returns, Credits, Exchanges or replacement shall be issue if one of following conditions is not met fulfilled.
All returned devices must be free of any “password protections” or icloud accounts, all returns must come with a complete packaging set consisted of change provided with the unit, the device itself.

Non-Refundable:

On Special Order/ Direct from Manufacturer items cannot be returned or exchanged even upon receipt. All Software, Memory, CPU Video card, Ethernet card Motherboards DVD Rom USB Home Security Camera system, Steaming media player TV device, all Electronics ETC. Are non-refundable, cannot be returned and due to the terms and conditions included Tech Services are excluded from this Return Policy and are subject to the Terms and Conditions for each service.

Computer Repair Policy:

All computer repair, Home security camera system installation and Streaming Media player TV Must paid in full before we provided 30 days guaranteed to you, thank you for your business and you comprehend.

Home Security Camera System :

Software: Opened software, and Electronic Download Software (ESD),are not returnable.Unopened software, before 7 days of receipt of product can be return, Special order is also not returnable. All licensing sales are final. Defective software may return within 7 days of invoice date only for exchange of the same title. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned software are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments.

If your shipment arrives damaged the Shipment must be refused if you notice any visible damage or tampering on the box. Should the shipment be accepted no!, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notifies us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. Concealed damage on a shipment must be reported within 7 days. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
